Cancellation Policy

Bushy Park Activity Camp Policy Bushy Park Activity Camp offers an exciting blend of arts and crafts and sport-based activities, all led by fully qualified, DBS-checked teachers and coaches. Children will enhance their skills in a range of sports, including football, badminton, archery (suction arrows) and tag-rugby. In arts and crafts, they will develop their creativity and fine motor skills through painting, pottery, origami and jewellery making. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through our online system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place. Refund Policy A full refund will be issued if a cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the session or program starts. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the start of the session cannot be refunded. This is due to staffing and venue costs being arranged in advance. In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., injury or illness), please contact us directly, and we will assess refund or credit options on a case-by-case basis. Health & Safety All participants must wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. Bushy Park Activity Camp has fully qualified and first-aid-trained staff to ensure the safety of all players. Code of Conduct We expect all players to show respect to coaches and other children attending. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without a refund.
